In the 18th over, SRH trying to get loose and add some quick runs lost two wickets in the same over of Lungi Ngidi. David Warner miscued a full wide length delivery and got caught in the cover by Jadeja. Manish Pandey trying to go over the long-on found Faf du Plessis who took a stunning flying catch to dismiss him.

SRH VS CSK Highlights – A Brilliant end by SRH: SRH with 134/3 and two new batsmen at the center in the 18th over was looking good for 145~150. But Kane Williamson and Kedar Jadhav displayed some exceptional power-hitting to add 37 runs off 13 balls and taking the score past 170. Kane Williamson made a blistering 26 of 10 balls and Kedar Jadhav finishes it up with a four and six scoring 12 off 4 balls.

Ruturaj Gaikwad played a blistering inning of 75 off just 44 balls without hitting any six. He hit 12 boundaries in his inning. Faf du Plessis is in tremendous form and made a beautiful 56 off 38 balls with six boundaries and one six. With work almost done for CSK by the openers, the middle order supported to win the game for CSK.

SRH VS CSK Highlights – SRH Bowling not Impactful: A pitch where SRH batsmen struggled to score runs, inexperience SRH bowling attack struggled to trouble CSK batsmen. Sandeep Sharma looked promising but failed to pick any wickets. It was again Rashid Khan who stood out picking up three wickets in his four overs. But it was too late for SRH to come back in the game.

CONCLUSION

SRH struggle continues as they again failed to cross the line. The bowling has let them down. In the absence of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, the bowling looks weak. Batting has looked good after Kane Williamson’s inclusion. Chennai on other hand is in tremendous form and tops the points table with five wins from six games.
